Collyn landed up at the entrance of the evil hideout, just out of hearing range of the guards. He waited for Cleef to land. If they were to do this, they are going to have to get in then out...

Cleef flew up and landed just beside Collyn "Remember I'm more known here as a healer. So pardon me if I break off to distract a guard for a random injury report question." Cleef peaked over the rock "Ready when you are."

Collyn did a quick nod. "Lets go." He commanded as softly as he could. "I'll find my way into the the general's chamber." The King took off into the shadows of the canyons, there would be no way for anyone-or anything-to see him.
Collyn's battle claws barely made a clank when he walked softly among the canyons. The black owl shifted around until slipping quietly into the library-it was probably one of the least crowded area's at night. Collyn walked throughout the canyons, the area becoming more and more familiar from his memories. When he arrived at the ablah general's royal area, the barn owl listened intently.
"Have the Pure Ones accepted our alliance request?" The ablah general's deep, gruff voice whispered in the dry, shallow air.
"We have not received a reply, sire." Another tyto spoke, his voice shaking slightly.
"Those good for nothing, impudent, headstrong FOOLS!!!" The general's voice boomed among the cave walls. "It has been 3 MOONS since we sent that stupid owl to send the message, WHY haven't I heard back from him?"
"I don't-" The lieutenant's voice stopped immediately as a large flapping was heard from outside. A battered up owl glided down from the vast opening in the cave's roof.
"They accept, master!" He gasped, wounds covering his body, his breathing quick and shallow from the cold winter air.
Collyn turned away, a scowl diminishing his kindly features. He sighed, the King has what he needed. A war was to be started betwix the good and evil. St. Aegolius and the Pure Ones against the pitiful amount of guardians at the tree...The evil is flourishing and the owls of Ga'Hoole need to recruit. But no need to strike fear into the hearts of the innocent at the tree. He will have a conference with the warriors and the higher ranks at Ga'Hoole. He flew harmoniously, his black feathery pelt unidentifiable amongst the shadows of the canyons. When he made it to the glaucidium (where the owlets sleep), he waited for Cleef in the darkest parts of the area, the patrols slightly hard to avoid. The King hid his armor from the moonlight to rid any glint that would reveal himself.

Cleef watched Collyn glide away until he couldn't see him anymore. right now I go he thought. Cleef then flew out away from the canyons close to the ground until he reached the outskirts of the St. Aggie canyons if I'm going to make this convincing might as well make a good entrance he thought. When Cleef reached the outskirts he climbed in altitude and turned around. Acting as if he had just flown in.
Cleef flew over to the first post of guards where he was told to go to first, whenever he visited so he could check in, of course he never did this when their was going to be a strange disappearance of owlets.
Cleef alighted in front of the guard after making himself known as to not startle the owl into an attack. "A clear night for flight isn't it." Cleef said to the guard. "Ya sure" answered the guard "I one of our messengers just flew in with a.......well a secret message, which while you're checking over him I suggest you don't ask about." the owl said this nice and threateningly "If you head there now you should find him just exiting the general's quarters. All you need to do is halt him and have him land so you can look him over." "Right" said Cleef "I was wondering if I could also check some of the owls in the glaucidium?" Cleef asked "You'll have to consult the general for that." answered the guard "Now go!" Cleef flew in the direction the guard gestured to.
Cleef landed right outside the general's quarters right as the battered owl was exiting what did they do to him Cleef wondered. He approached the owl right before he could lift off. "Excuse me sir but I must look over you're wounds." Cleef told the owl "Okay." answered the owl "But wait until we get to my hollow." he then took off with Cleef right on his tale. I didn't think it would take me this long to get to the glaucidium.........oh I hope Collyn's alright........ Cleef let the thought trail off before he could think of any disastrous scenarios.

Collyn heard the marches go on and on, the owlets repeating their name and marching in circles. This is insanity! The King sighed silent enough not to alert the sleep monitors. Oh Cleef, were are you my friend?

Cleef followed the beaten owl into a hollow within the rocks. "Alright, so what do ya think." the battered owl said with a churr "I think this may take longer than expected" said Cleef as the owl showed that his under wings where plucked bare. "How did you get these wounds?" asked Cleef "I don't think I can tell you that" answered the owl "No, you can't answer the question of what the secret message was, answering how you got these wounds is an entirely different question. Unless of course you'd like me to treat these wounds properly and have them get infected causing you to be seriously ill and possibly die." Cleef replied. The owl looked at Cleef with wide eyes, he didn't want that. "Talons, battle talons, a few beaks, and being thrown against rocks." answered the owl "That's how I got these." Cleef looked over the wounds and thought of what he'd need. "Keep these wounds clean." said Cleef "I don't have what I need here just yet. Just wait patiently until I get back and keep these wounds clean. I could be a while." Cleef then flew out of the hollow........
......Cleef landed beside Collyn as silently as possible. "Sorry it took me so long, that poor owl's wounds are bad." said Cleef to Collyn

Collyn dipped his head. "Its fine, lets grab a few owlets and get out of here." The King spoke in a deep whisper. Collyn readied himself and grabbed four owlets from the shadows then thrust himself in the air. He took off into the darkness with the rescued owls laying motionless in his dark talons, glinting slightly due to his golden battle claws.
The black barn owl waited for Cleef in a dark, rocky outcrop among the canyons with the owlets.

Cleef took a breath, the sound that the breath made could be heard, and Cleef shot towards Collyn with two owlets in each talon. I forgot to mention that I can give myself a extra boost thought Cleef I'll tell him next time we land Cleef hovered above Collyn. Silently indicating that he was ready to go.

Collyn did a quick nod before picking up the 4 owlets and flying after Cleef. They had made it. Collyn looked at the owlets in his talons...So innocent...So innocent...He grimaced as he turned his head around to observe the canyons. No one seemed to be following.

Cleef noticed that they were once again within the Kingdom of Ambala, and right there was the hollow they had landed in. Day was beginning to creep in again so Cleef put the owlets down in the hollow and then landed inside himself. "Alright little ones, I'll get you home but for now you should get to sleep." two out of the four owlets walked to a corner and went to sleep, the other two just gave Cleef a blank stare. "Right" Cleef said in a "duh" sort of tone. "How do we unmoonblink owls again?" Cleef said to himself. He pondered for a moment and then it finally came to him "Isynglass." he breathed....... (OCC: I don't know for sure if that's exactly what the glass was but you know what I mean right? Was it the glass that unblinked Soren's sister, Eglantine, or was it Madame Plonk's music? I can't remember exactly.)

(I know exactly what you mean...looked it up in the second book and its called isinglass and Bubbles said some call it mica...You got really close.)
Collyn flew in after Cleef just in time to hear him say isinglass. He sighed. "I believe only one of the ones I picked up is not moon blinked." He looked down at the owlets sadly after setting them down. "Go get some sleep young lads and lasses." He observed the owlets and one walked over to the corner with Cleef's bunch that obeyed. "Alright, you three stay here." He turned to Cleef. "Do you want to watch them or go get the isinglass?"

Cleef looked at Collyn then himself "I would chose whomever could guard the owlets best, just because we think we weren't followed doesn't necassarily mean we weren't." Cleef then looked to the moonblinked owlets and sighed.

Collyn nodded. "You stay here with the owlets, I know where to find the isinglass." The King looked out of the hollow, day was coming up soon. "I'll be back before dawn sheds the last drop of night." He flew out of the hollow down into the forest.
Collyn flew by a creek and rummaged through the pebbles. Lucky find! He thought as he picked up a fairly large piece of isinglass among the shore. Collyn flew back to the hollow clutching the precious rock in his talons. When he entered the hollow, he sighed. "Its to light to do this, the moon is already gone. Lets get to the tree with the owlets, we can fix this when the moon comes out tonight." Collyn picked up the rock in his beak and gathered four owlets, whether they were Cleef's or his, it didn't matter. He looked around at Cleef once he was set to go. "Ready?" Collyn asked.

Cleef took another breath of Danyar, it would cause him to be tired at the last stretch but it was the only way he could lift off. Cleef grabbed four owlets, one in each talon, and took off. Heading, this time, for that legendary tree in the middle of island of Ga'hoole. (OCC:This is going into Embers Rp isn't it. )

(Yeah ) Collyn took off after Cleef, 4 owlets in his talons and the important rock which he held in his beak. As Collyn was flying to the Great Tree, he thought about the evil that still lurks around every corner. The Pure Ones, St. Aegolius, and crows. Just crows can be the death of a noble bird. Collyn shook his head in disappointment at what the kingdoms have become.
